The Eskadron Bicross Mattgloss saddle pad from the Classic Sports 2026 collection is a quilted pad with a matt glossy outer fabric, diagonal Bicross inserts, a Cool-Dry underside and a mesh spine channel. It is meant for riders looking for a modern, sporty look combined with a stable position and good ventilation under the saddle.
About this saddle pad
The Eskadron Bicross Mattgloss saddle pad belongs to the Classic Sports 2026 collection and stands out through its outer fabric. Mattgloss is a matt, glossy fabric: it gives the pad a clean, luxurious appearance without the hard shine of a high-gloss pad. Anyone who wants a modern look that is not loud finds the middle ground between the two here.
The most recognisable feature is the Bicross inserts with Eskadron emblem on both sides. That diagonal insert is more than a design element: it gives the pad a dynamic line and at the same time reinforces stability in the saddle area, exactly where most of the forces act on the pad. A contrasting colour combination brings that diagonal out even more.
Under the saddle, the subtle quilting with medium-thick padding does the work. It provides a stable position and an even pressure distribution across the horse's back, without adding excessive volume. The Cool-Dry underside carries moisture away efficiently, which supports your horse's comfort during daily training and during more intensive sessions. On top of that, the mesh spine channel along the spine provides extra ventilation and better air circulation under the saddle.
For the fit, Eskadron combines integrated anti-slip silicone surfaces, which help limit shifting, with the Innostrap system and girth loops with three attachment options. That lets you fasten the pad precisely and securely, matched to your own saddle and girth. The result is a reliable fit and a professional appearance in every discipline.
