Our responsibility

With our whistleblowing system, we ensure that our employees can turn to us in confidence at any time. Further, we comply with the requirements of the Supply Chain Act and ensure that violations of human and environmental rights along the supply chain can be reported on our grievance mechanism by our suppliers.

You can find our whistleblowing system at the following link. Grievances and compliance reports can also be submitted anonymously. Our reporting platform also ensures that reports are handled confidentially and in accordance with data protection requirements and enables simple and secure communication between whistleblowers and our compliance team.

Customer complaints about our products, e.g., quality, or comments about the services provided in our stores are not matters to be reported through the whistleblowing platform.
