DECATHLON has rolled out a whistleblowing system that guarantees a trustworthy and transparent handling of compliance reports.
Our responsibility
- With our whistleblowing system, we ensure that our employees can turn to us in confidence at any time. Further, we comply with the requirements of the Supply Chain Act and ensure that violations of human and environmental rights along the supply chain can be reported on our grievance mechanism by our suppliers.

Our reporting platform also ensures that reports are handled confidentially and in accordance with data protection requirements and enables simple and secure communication between whistleblowers and our compliance team.
